I'm Folkert Paulides, a freelance designer specializing in digital product development. I work with clients who believe user experience is key to the success of their products and processes.

‘Keep it simple, smart guy,’ I tell myself each morning in the mirror. And for good reason: I tackle complexity daily. My goal? To provide users of the products I work on with the best possible digital experience. I achieve this through thorough UX research. Using wireframes and rapid prototyping, I determine the optimal interaction design for the product. I also finalize user flows with a clean UI design. All this is done in close consultation and collaboration with stakeholders. I firmly believe the best results stem from strong teamwork.

As a product owner, I help organizations establish, improve, and implement their design system. This isn't just a loose component library, but a shared foundation for all digital products, supported by all involved teams and embedded within their processes and workflows.
